Refund policy

Return Process

The return process for products bought online can be initiated via email. The return must be initiated within 5 calendar days upon receiving the dress. The dress must be returned in its original condition — unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint, hair, or any stains. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy. Return shipping fees and any rush fees are non-refundable. Authorization is required for all returns.

How to Request a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email: sales@violettabridal.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your delivery order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: A Customer Service representative will contact you within 5 business days with a Return Authorization Number and provide the address for the return shipment.
  3. Prepare and Ship the Return: You are responsible for the return shipment and any associated costs. Please print your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box next to our mailing address.

We will not accept any returns without a valid Return Authorization Number; such packages will be returned at your expense. A flat $50 shipping deduction will apply to the total refund.

Inspection

All returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt. Items must be unused and in perfect condition with original tags attached. Any merchandise showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will be returned to you at your expense. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation that your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds cover only the cost of the merchandise plus applicable tax. Initial shipping fees, rush production fees, and extra fabric costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale & Sample Sale Items

All items marked as Final Sale or Sample Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customized Items

Customized items made to your specific measurements or requirements are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. While dresses are produced according to your measurements, additional alterations may be required for the perfect fit.

Our Customer Service representatives are available Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM to assist you with your selection or purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@violettabridal.com. Include photos and a description of the issue. If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund (including shipping and handling) will be issued. Please include a note of explanation in the return box.

International Customers

Refunds and online credits are issued in U.S. dollars. We are not responsible for currency exchange rate differences. Taxes, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Rush Orders

If you are on a time constraint, Rush Orders may be available. The fee varies by designer and will appear on your order form. Rush Orders are not available for all designers. When possible, our manufacturer will expedite production and delivery within 3–12 weeks depending on availability and schedule.

Manufacturing Times

The standard manufacturing time for dresses is 2–6 months, depending on the designer, model, and season. If you need the order sooner, please indicate this request when ordering to discuss Rush Order or Rush Delivery options.

Rush Delivery

Rush Delivery ensures your order arrives by a guaranteed date with an expedited shipping time of 2–3 days. The Rush Delivery fee is $200 and will be added to your total. To request Rush Delivery, please indicate so on your order form.
