• When purchasing a ready-made wedding dress, full prepayment is required.
• For pre-order of a wedding dress, a deposit is required, and the remaining balance must be paid before any alterations or adjustments begin.
• We accept payments via e-transfer and bank cards.
Shipping
• For immediate dispatch. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship your wedding dress or accessories within 3–5 business days after receiving payment.
• All international orders are shipped via UPS Express or DHL, with delivery taking 3 to 14 business days.
• Our dispatch team will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
• Shipping costs are calculated individually based on your delivery destination.
• Depending on your destination, you can expect to spend between $50 and $200 shipping your dress.
• If you're buying a ready-to-wear gown, you'll most likely have to pay the full amount up front. If, however, you're purchasing a pre-order wedding dress, you'll need to pay a deposit and then the full amount before alternations start.
